Getting Started
Welcome! This tutorial will guide you through installing and activating FullTimeTV on your Android TV or Android Box. The process typically takes 5–10 minutes.
What You Need
- Android TV or Android Box device (Android 5.0 or higher)
- Active internet connection (10–20 Mbps recommended for HD)
- Your FullTimeTV account credentials (email and password)
- Access to Google Play Store
Installation Steps
- Open Google Play Store: From your Android TV home screen, navigate to the Google Play Store app.
- Search for the App: Click on the search icon and type the app name that was provided in your order confirmation email.
- Select the App: When you see the app in the search results, select it to open the app details page.
- Install: Click the "Install" button. The app will download and install automatically.
- Open the App: Once installed, click "Open" or find the app in your Apps section on the home screen.
Note: If you're using an Android Box without Google Play Store, you may need to sideload the app. Contact support for alternative installation methods.
Sign In & Activate
- Launch the App: Open the FullTimeTV app on your Android TV or Box.
- Select Sign In: On the welcome screen, choose the "Sign In" option.
- Enter Credentials: Use your remote or on-screen keyboard to enter the email and password sent to you after purchase.
- Activate: Click "Sign In" and wait a few seconds for your account to activate.
- Start Watching: Once activated, you can start browsing and enjoying content!
Tip: Some Android TV devices support voice input. You can use the microphone button on your remote to enter your credentials faster.
Troubleshooting
App Not Found in Play Store
- Verify you're using the exact app name from your order email
- Check that your device region matches your account region
- Ensure your Android TV has access to Google Play Store
- Update your Play Store app to the latest version
Buffering or Playback Issues
- Restart your Android TV/Box device
- Check your internet speed (should be at least 10 Mbps for HD)
- Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → FullTimeTV → Clear Cache
- Close other apps running in the background
- Use a wired Ethernet connection if possible
Activation Failed
- Ensure you're using the correct email and password
- Check that your subscription is active
- Verify your device's date and time are set correctly
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
