iOS / Android Mobile Setup

Follow these steps to install and set up FullTimeTV on your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone/tablet.

Getting Started

Welcome! This tutorial will guide you through installing and activating FullTimeTV on your iOS or Android mobile device. The process typically takes 3–5 minutes.

What You Need

  • iPhone/iPad (iOS 12.0 or higher) or Android device (Android 5.0 or higher)
  • Active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • Your FullTimeTV account credentials (email and password)
  • Access to App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

Installation Steps

For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open App Store: Tap the App Store icon on your home screen.
  2. Search: Tap the search icon at the bottom and type the app name provided in your order confirmation email.
  3. Download: Tap "Get" or the download icon, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  4. Open: Once installed, tap "Open" or find the app on your home screen.

For Android:

  1. Open Play Store: Tap the Google Play Store icon.
  2. Search: Tap the search bar at the top and type the app name from your order email.
  3. Install: Tap "Install" and wait for the download to complete.
  4. Open: Tap "Open" or find the app in your app drawer.

Sign In & Activate

  1. Launch the App: Open the FullTimeTV app on your device.
  2. Select Sign In: On the welcome screen, tap "Sign In".
  3. Enter Credentials: Type in the email and password sent to you after purchase.
  4. Activate: Tap "Sign In" and wait a moment for your account to activate.
  5. Start Watching: Once activated, you can browse and stream content on the go!

Tip: Enable notifications in your device settings to receive updates about new content and features.

Troubleshooting

App Not Found in Store

  • Verify you're using the exact app name from your order email
  • Check that your device meets the minimum OS requirements
  • Ensure your App Store/Play Store region matches your account
  • Try updating your store app to the latest version

Buffering or Playback Issues

  • Switch to Wi-Fi if you're on mobile data
  • Check your internet speed (minimum 5 Mbps for mobile HD)
  • Close other apps running in the background
  • Restart your device
  • Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → FullTimeTV → Clear Cache (Android)
  • For iOS: Delete and reinstall the app if issues persist

Activation Failed

  • Double-check your email and password for typos
  • Ensure your subscription is active
  • Check that your device's date and time are set to automatic
  • Try logging out and logging back in
  • Reinstall the app if the problem continues

Casting to TV

  • Ensure your mobile device and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network
  • Look for the cast icon in the app (usually in the top corner)
  • Select your TV or streaming device from the list
  • If casting doesn't work, try restarting both devices
